Mold Remediation
Mold is more common than most people think. That is why it is recommended that you get your property tested before doing any remodeling or if you have suspicion of mold, especially if there has been standing water or a flood of the property. Testing for mold is a fairly simple and quick process and in most cases, non intrusive. We use equipment and conduct tests in compliance with state, federal, and IICRC regulations. Depending on where the mold is located, we will take air tests, or conduct moisture meter tests, or visually inspect using camera scopes.

Asbestos testing is required before any remodleing project begins. Asbestos can be in many areas of a property without any physical sign (like mold). We test by taking 3 small samples of every area where remodleing or construction is to be completed. For example, if a person wants to replace the flooring, demolish a wall or remodel and bathroom. All of those areas would require 3 samples each. These samples are taken in accordance with the State of Colorado and the EPA.
We will remove and clean all mold affected areas. We use an anti-microbial, which is eco-friendly and is safe for humans, animals, and plants.The anti-microbial removes the bacteria and prevents the growth of any new bacteria. Air scrubbers (clean the air) and dehumidifiers (pull moisture out of the air) will be placed in the affected/cleaned area. We will provide the proeprty owner with documentation that the mold has been remediated in that specific area.
Asbestos Abatement
We set up containment to eliminate asbestos exposure. We remove all asbestos affected areas according to the state and EPA regulations. There will be pre and post tests completed to ensure all asbestos has been removed. Documentatio will be provided to the property owner stating the asbetos has been removed.
